The client is expected to pay full or the first 50% (if 50/50) after the sketch is sent by the creator.

The client is expected to pay the remaining 50% (if 50/50) before the final output file is sent by the creator.

If the client is responsive to the creator for seven(7) days, the service will be cancelled or paused.

Major changes may incur fees if requested after the finalized work has been approved.

The creator retains all rights to the artwork, including the right to share the commissioned art on social media, portfolios, and for promotional purposes.

The client cannot use the commissioned art for commercial purposes UNLESS commercial license has been purchased.

The client cannot distribute the commissioned art and claim it as their own.

The creator can cancel the project and in return, the client will receive a full refund.

The creator has the right to refuse service or cancel a commission if they felt uncomfortable or disrespected.
